Since 1946, Hill-Top Candy has been making New England Salt Water Taffy the old fashioned way. First, the finest ingredients are cooked in a copper kettle atop a special gas fired stove. The salt water taffy is then cooled on our custom-made cooling tables before being rolled by our cooks to craft the special stripes and color displays for which Hill-Top is known.
